Chiropractic and Physical Rehabilitation:
A New Patient appointment will begin with a detailed history and thorough examination. Together, we will decide on a care plan that best suits your needs. Then we get to work. We start your care on day one. Your treatment can consist of a multi-modal approach. After your appointment, you will leave with clear home-care instructions, including a home care program that will expedite your recovery. You will also understand the number of appointments it will likely take to get you back to feeling 100% again. During each subsequent visit, we’ll check in on the status of your complaint and then spend the rest of the time working 1:1 to progress you through your active care plan.
Functional Medicine:
A New Patient appointment will begin with a detailed history, full systems review and physical examination. We will discuss possible causes for the symptoms you are presenting with and build a care plan together. Your care plan may include laboratory testing, lifestyle modifications, and dietary recommendations. During your subsequent visits, we will review any laboratory test results, check on symptom relief and management, and help you progress through any next steps. After a period implementing recommended changes, we will want to retest any positive test results to make sure they are back to the optimal range. We aim to equip you with the knowledge to live a full and healthy life!
