The Filmmaker’s Wellness Cohort

Filmmaking is physically demanding work - in front of the camera and behind it. Long days on set, repetitive movements, unpredictable schedules, and high mental load all place unique stress on the body. Yet most filmmakers don’t have access to consistent, proactive healthcare that’s designed around those realities.

That gap is exactly why The Filmmaker’s Wellness Cohort was created.

This program is a personalized, preventative wellness model specifically built for filmmakers and production professionals who want to stay healthy, reliant, and energized, not just get through the next project but sustain a long career.

What Is the Filmmaker Wellness Cohort?

The Filmmaker Wellness Cohort combines hands-on chiropractic care, movement support, and metabolic health insight into a personalized, preventative program. Instead of one-off appointments, participants receive consistent monthly care within a supportive cohort environment.

Cohorts are intentionally limited (15–20 participants) to ensure individualized attention and high-quality care.

What’s Included

  • Comprehensive intake and assessment focused on posture, mobility, and work demands

  • Monthly hands-on chiropractic visits, including adjustments, manual therapy, and personalized corrective exercises

  • One set of metabolic health labs with individualized guidance to support energy, recovery, and long-term health

  • Cohort-only benefits, including ongoing support and discounts on additional services when needed

Who It’s For

This program is designed for filmmakers, production crew, and creative professionals who want to protect their bodies, prevent injury, and support long-term creative longevity.

The Problem with “As-needed’ Care

Many creatives wait until pain becomes disruptive before seeking care. By that point, issues like back pain, neck tension, foot and knee pain, fatigue, and burnout are already affecting focus and quality of life.

Traditional healthcare often falls short for the film industry because it:

  • Is reactive rather than preventative

  • Doesn’t account for irregular schedules

  • Treats symptoms without addressing workload or movement patterns

  • Lacks continuity and personalization

What filmmakers need is consistent, supportive care that adapts to the demands of their work.
